REFUND POLICY

A full refund can be issued a month prior to the EMDR Part you are scheduled for.

A 50% refund can issued up to 15 days prior to the EMDR Part you are scheduled for. No refund will be issued 14 days or less to the training you are scheduled for.

In cases of illness or emergency where you cannot attend the training you are signed up for, I can move you to a later training that works within your schedule. However, no refund can be taken place for these later date trainings. You cannot move more than twice to a future EMDR Cohort.

No refund during or after the training has taken place.

Consultation fees are due the day of consultation. A no show or late cancellation to your scheduled consultation will result in a full charge. To avoid the fee, please notify me 24 hours prior to consultation.
